How long is the drop from ceiling to shade? Is it easy to shorten chain if needed?
Hi. Thanks for your question. The total height (from ceiling to the bottom of lampshade) is 55.9 inches. The chain comes with carabiners on both ends and you can remove the unwanted hanging hoops from the chain with a pair of pliers.
