If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or receive incorrect items, you may return it within 30 days upon receipt of the product. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping if the return does not result from a product defect or a wrong item sent. Returns outside of our 30 days will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse. Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded after we check the condition of the returned item(s). Extra expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded.

What should I do if I received defective or damaged product?
Claxy takes great care to ensure we provide quality products that are packaged to reach you safely. Please inspect each item of the product carefully upon arrival. If you do receive damaged or defective item(s), feel free to contact our customer support team at cs@claxy.com and send us a couple of photos that clearly show us the packaging box and the defective item(s). Buyers are not requested to return the damaged or defective item(s) to us. On the other hand, please confirm whether you would like us to send you a replacement or just refund your order. We will send a replacement or issue a refund soon after you let us know your decision.
Where can I buy the parts if I broke them?
Usually, we do not sell light accessories or lampshades separately, unless you ordered the light fixture from us. Please share your order details with us, we will let you know how to order a replacement.
What should I do if I receive a wrong order or item?
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please take some photos that show the wrong item and email them to us (cs@claxy.com). Once we confirm that a wrong item has been sent, we will need your help in packaging up (in original packaging) the wrong item and sending it back to us. We will then reship the right one to you.
